Four Pillars of Health Program

If you could do a little something every day that doesn't take very long, but has incredible long-term health and fitness benefits and actually feels realy good to do - would you do it?

This program is all about relaxation, balance, posture and breathing.
Simple exercises to take into everyday living.
It is based on Tai Chi fundamentals and the focus is on relaxing the body.
If you don’t look after your body who else will?

When? Mondays 7pm -7.50pm

Where? Senior Citizens Hall, Parker Ave. Strathalbyn

Cost?   $50 for 6 sessions or $10 per session
